To support our growing business, we are seeking a Manufacturing Assistant to join our manufacturing team. Looking for a highly responsible, dependable, self-motivated and trustworthy person who can work with little supervision, understand responsibilities and tasks who will take initiative.

RESPONSIBILITIES
This position is mainly responsible for supporting our Fabricator/Technician with all second operations to parts such as groove heatsinks, cutting stems and satin ice, adding holes to canopies.

• Ability to safely operate the following machines: manual milling machine, metal lathe, drill press, sanders, grinders, bandsaws.
• Skilled in basic metalworking techniques: cutting, drilling, tapping, milling.
• Measuring and preparing parts to be fabricated.
• Modifying or fabricating parts, primarily in aluminum.
• Maintain a clean and safe work station/environment by complying with procedures, rules, and safety guidelines.
• Assist with product assembly and testing or help out in the warehouse, shipping and receiving department as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience
• Recent experience working in manufacturing
• Ability to lift 50+lbs.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assemble or fabricate mechanical parts, products, and fixtures using a variety of tools and equipment according to required specifications
• A mechanical assembler who is organized, punctual, can read a BOM and build to a drawing with accuracy and efficiency
• Excels in a fast-paced environment

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-2 years mechanical assembly experience may be required
• Basic reading skills. Must be able to follow directions
• Ability to use thinking and reasoning to solve a problem
• Ability to switch tasks comfortably when needed
• High attention to detail and self-motivation skills
• Basic knowledge of electricity and general electronics
• Test fixtures, hi-pot, functionality and cosmetic quality check

Responsibilities
Kitting
• Pull all inventory for each manufacturing order
• Pull parts for all material transfers
• Pull parts for each order at our off site vendor location

Inventory control
• Perform cycle counts, variance reconciliation, reporting and record maintenance
• Create, pull and fulfill all material transfers between locations
• Fulfill pick tickets and prepare stock kits for production, verify counts or document shortage
• Maintain order, organization and cleanliness of warehouse areas

Receiving
• Receive, count and verify incoming paint parts – this may be done at vendor
• Separate/kit painted parts with the work order (confirming the parts are correct: part, color and quantity) for production

Requirements & Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience working in warehouse and material control
• Verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong organizational skills and team player
• Attention to detail, neat and organized and ability to root cause issues impacting the process
• Self-motivator, ability to work independently and problem solve
• Basic computer skills
• Valid driver license and clean record

We are seeking a Technical Support Representative to join our sales team. This is an important role in the organization. As the Technical Support Representative you will work closely with our Inside Sales, Rep. Network and Customers. Providing moderately complex technical support and assistance to clients via email and phone. Responsible for addressing and responding to customer inquiries on post-sale concerns, including, operational functions, and troubleshooting.

The ideal candidate has both technical aptitude and business acumen, will be a self-reliant and self-starting individual with a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with all departments of the organization, sales agents, and customers alike.

Responsibilities
• Be responsible for customer “return/replacement” logistics and documentation
• Handle incoming sales support calls and emails
• Assist agents and electricians in diagnosing and troubleshooting issues
• Coordinate replacement and repair work with operations
• Manage, improve and implement effective RMA processes
• Manage return and replacement inventory
• Document client interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge and stay current on all technical aspects of v2 products as well as competing manufacturers’ products
• Collect metrics and create analysis to drive engineering product improvements
• Create technical marketing materials and training for customer support team

Qualifications
• Communication skills; solid phone and written etiquette
• Mechanically inclined, ability to assemble lighting fixtures
• 2-3 years’ experience in a technical support role
• Basic electrical and mechanical knowledge is a must
• Lighting and LED experience is a plus
• Knowledge and experience with customer support tracking processes and tools
• Organized with attention to detail
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft and Google Suites
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently on multiple projects
• Should enjoy a challenging and fast-paced environment

Under the direction of the BOM builder with reporting line to the Manufacturing
Engineer,
• This position is mainly responsible for supporting our BOM Building process by printing serial labels, production logs, box labels, and other documents pertaining shipping dockets
• Transferring complete packets to warehouse for kitting in a timely manner.
• Managing production BOM packet materials and order supplies.
• Assist with product assembly and testing or help out in the warehouse, shipping and receiving department as available

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
• Good PC skills
• Sound oral and written communication skills.
